Oxfords/Derby:
Please take your corresponding UK/EU/US size or size down if you prefer a snug fit.

Loafers:
Please size half size down from your regular CNES size. If you are a size 41 in CNES oxfords/derby, please take a size 40 in loafers

Belgian loafers:
Due to their shorter insole length, please take true to size. If you have longer toes or prefer extra space, please size up.

Smooth Leather:
For best combination, please select your desired colour of S aphir Medaille d'Or Pommadier Crème 1925 Shoe Polish and Saphir Medaille d'Or Pate de Luxe Wax Polish. Remember to use Saphir Beauté Du Cuir Renomat to periodically remove your wax polishes.

Suede/Nubuck:
Use Saphir Omninettoyant cleaner to clean your suede. Revive colour and smoothness with Renovateur Suede Spray in the matching colour. Lastly, waterproof your suede shoes with Saphir Super Invulner Spray

Shell Cordovan:
Use Saphir Cordovan Creme to nourish and replenish oil content in Cordovan.

Customs and Duties:
All International orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place). You are only charged for the item and shipping costs only during check. All import duties, local customs and/or local sales taxes levied remains the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any import duties or taxes. We recommend you to contact your local customs authority to obtain information about the local import duties and taxes to determine the final landed price for your order before completing your purchase. Refunds:
We do not do Refunds, but am able to exchange an item bought if the size is not right.

Exchange Conditions:
For your item to be eligible for exchange, it must be unused and in the same conditioned you have received it. You can try the shoes on a carpet with minimum movement to avoid damage and creasing. Carefully repackage the products in their original package and wrap to avoid damage during shipment.

Returns/Exchange Procedure
Once we receive your return, we will notify you by email. The item will be checked to ensure that it qualifies for a refund or an exchange. If it does not meet the above criteria, we reserve the right to void the refund or exchange. Products that are returned with damaged packaging, missing pieces or signs of any use will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges. All returns shipping costs will be paid by you and you should consider using a tracking shipping system to ensure it is delivered back safely.
After approval of your refund, we will reimburse the refund through your method of payment. Should that not possible, we will contact you for your preferred payment mode. Refund payment may take some days to be processed. Should you still not receive them, you can contact us.

Sales & Personalized Items:
Sales items or any form of personalized item (such as MTO/Group MTO orders) will not qualify for refunds or returns due to delays. Note that any MTO delivery times are estimates and we will only refund if we are unable to fufil your order. Non-refundable items also includes any form of deposits/vouchers or pre-order fees.
