This model is part of our Odd stock (OS) selection - a varied assortment of odd stocks, last pairs and samples that are on sale. Many of them are last pairs and are not available in other sizes/colours.
Some pairs may contain minor imperfections, or signs of wear on the upper (as they were tried in store), and as such are discounted. The conditions are as it is.

Please size half size down from your regular CNES size. If you are a size 41 in CNES oxfords/derby, please take a size 40 in loafers
Due to their shorter insole length, please take true to size. If you have longer toes or prefer extra space, please size up.
We ship worldwide via DHL or Fedex Express.
We do not do Refunds, but am able to exchange an item bought if the size is not right.
For your item to be eligible for exchange, it must be unused and in the same conditioned you have received it. You can try the shoes on a carpet with minimum movement to avoid damage and creasing. Carefully repackage the products in their original package and wrap to avoid damage during shipment.
Once we receive your return, we will notify you by email. The item will be checked to ensure that it qualifies for a refund or an exchange. If it does not meet the above criteria, we reserve the right to void the refund or exchange. Products that are returned with damaged packaging, missing pieces or signs of any use will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges. All returns shipping costs will be paid by you and you should consider using a tracking shipping system to ensure it is delivered back safely.
After approval of your refund, we will reimburse the refund through your method of payment. Should that not possible, we will contact you for your preferred payment mode. Refund payment may take some days to be processed. Should you still not receive them, you can contact us.
Sales & Personalized Items:
Sales items or any form of personalized item (such as MTO/Group MTO orders) will not qualify for refunds or returns due to delays. Note that any MTO delivery times are estimates and we will only refund if we are unable to fufil your order. Non-refundable items also includes any form of deposits/vouchers or pre-order fees.
Our shoes tend to fit half size larger than most brands. Kindly size down from your usual EU/UK/US sizing. You may also consider how generous a fit you prefer - some like it snug and wait for it to break in, some like it loose with some space to wriggle around.
